Proposed Insurance
- NYSGBOA would continue to be the umbrella organization.
- Insurance carrier – NationWide.
- Assessment – $8.45 per member.
- General Aggregate Coverage would be $3,000,000.
- Maximum payout for each individual within any occurance would be $1,000,000.
- There would be no deductible for occurance
- $25,000 excess medical coverage. Deductible would be $100.00.
- If the official has no medical coverage, this coverage would become primary.
Officers and Director’s Coverage
- $1,000,000 policy with $1,000 deductible
- NYSGBOA Boards Assessment would be $405.00 per Board.
